Job summary

Stantec seeks a Water/Wastewater Senior Project Manager to lead planning and engineering design for water and wastewater infrastructure. You will guide a multidisciplinary team, drive business development, and coordinate with clients and regulators to deliver complex projects.

The role requires a PE license or ability to obtain it within 6 months, 15+ years PM experience, and willingness to travel to sites and other offices. Based in our NH/Auburn area, full-time and on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of design professionals and technicians
• Mentor and supervise staff and develop high-performing project teams
• Perform business development tasks and collaborate to win projects
• Prepare proposals, scopes, and estimates with cross-line collaboration
• Engage with clients and stakeholders for meetings and presentations
• Oversee project scope, budget, staffing, and schedule
• Perform complex engineering design tasks in water/wastewater projects
• Develop PM plans and manage budgets and schedules
• Coordinate QA/QC and regulatory reviews
• Support permitting processes and regulatory approvals
• Travel to project sites as required
