Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the construction industry, preferably heavy civil.
• Experience in project engineering, controls, and coordination on major projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, contracts, and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead project engineering activities from startup through final closeout.
• Review drawings and specs to identify discrepancies and risks.
• Prepare, review, and manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders.
• Coordinate with PM, Superintendent, and design engineers to meet schedules.
• Maintain accurate project logs, procurement records, and cost tracking.
• Assist in developing and updating project schedules with management and field teams.
