Job summary

Clark Bros., Inc. is actively seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our Public Works team in the Fresno area.

You will lead projects from award through profitable execution and close-out, coordinating with estimating, pre-construction, and operations teams. The role requires 5+ years of construction PM experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage client contracts, schedules, and safety programs on site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of PM in construction, especially Water/Wastewater.
• Experience with planning, scheduling, cost control, and safety.
• Ability to manage client contracts, subcontracts, and change orders.
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan, monitor, and control scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate work with estimating, pre-construction, and operations teams.
• Prepare and manage schedules, proposals, and cost forecasts.
• Lead client meetings and coordinate internal performance metrics and resources.
