4Creeks, Design & Build in Central California, seeks a Civil Engineer to join the Water Engineering team in Visalia, CA. You will lead design work, manage projects, and collaborate with engineers to plan, design, and build essential water infrastructure for communities from the Valley to the mountains.

You will prepare plans, perform hydraulic calculations, write reports, and guide submittals while mentoring EITs and coordinating with land development, planning, survey, and other internal teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (civil, agricultural, environmental, mechanical, or related field).
• 5+ years of engineering design experience on water, wastewater, or stormwater infrastructure projects.
• Working knowledge of hydraulics and preparation of plans and engineering calculations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Interest in managing projects and working directly with clients.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification.

Responsabilidades

• Design and prepare plans, specifications, and estimates for water, wastewater, and stormwater projects.
• Lead design work and run own projects as Project Manager.
• Mentor EITs and coordinate with in-house teams.
• Support construction through submittals, RFIs, and site visits.
