Job summary

Clark Holdings Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to command the administrative and technical direction of water/wastewater treatment projects. You will be the project contact, steering activities, and ensuring milestones are met with a hands-on approach on active sites.

The role demands leadership, strong negotiation, and experience managing contracts, permits, and subcontractors, with a focus on safety and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field.
• Graduate degree in engineering or business is a plus.
• 5–9+ years of construction experience, water/wastewater preferred.
• DBIA and LEED accreditation a plus.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Supervise contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and schedule.
• Secure permits and verify subs' insurance coverage.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate work activities.
• Train and develop direct reports; manage project team.
• Prepare monthly job status reports and maintain records.
• Close out projects and build relationships with owners and engineers.
