Job summary

Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support planning and delivery of large water and wastewater projects in the East Business Unit. The role is remote with travel as needed, requiring leadership of complex assignments and daily operations to achieve program goals and deliver benefits.

The position favors candidates with extensive program management experience, governance and risk oversight, and ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in project or program management or related field.
• Experience delivering complex programs with oversight of governance, risk, and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead assignments and activities on complex projects and programs.
• Apply program management services to deliver optimal client solutions.
• Oversee planning, initiation, delivery, and closeout across programs.
• Manage program governance and stakeholder relationships.
• Plan, coordinate resources, timelines, and ensure quality deliverables.
• Support performance and benefits realization and adjust as needed.
