Job summary

Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex water and wastewater projects across the East Business Unit. The role supports planning, delivery, governance, risk, and stakeholder management. Remote work is possible with travel as needed.

Candidates should have 10+ years in program management, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and a certification plan within 12 months. Travel across the territory is expected to visit client sites and offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in project or program management or related field.
• Experience delivering large, complex projects with strong planning and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead assignments on complex programs and projects within water/wastewater.
• Coordinate across lifecycle phases: planning, initiation, delivery and closeout.
• Manage program governance, risk, stakeholders, and benefits realization.
• Plan resources, timelines, and ensure quality and outcomes.
• Support sales activities and adapt to evolving needs.
