• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, business management or related field is required.
• Experience leading moderately to highly complex projects.
• Willingness to travel as needed to client sites and Brown and Caldwell offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead assignments and activities on complex projects and programs.
• Manage program governance and stakeholder management.
• Plan, initiate, deliver, and closeout program lifecycle phases.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and program outcomes.
• Support performance and benefits realization, adjusting plans as needed.
• Travel within territory to customer sites and local offices.
