Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex water and wastewater programs, guiding planning, execution, and benefits realization across projects. You will oversee governance, risk, stakeholder management, and program controls while coordinating activities across lifecycle phases to ensure outcomes.

The role supports remote, hybrid, or local office work across the Eastern US, with travel to customer sites and Brown and Caldwell offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Accomplished in project management and delivery with ability to lead larger, more challenging project assignments on time and budget.
• Proven skills in program delivery lifecycle management phases, processes, and activities.
• Well-versed in program planning, initiation, risk management, and quality management.
