Job summary

Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex water and wastewater programs across the Eastern U.S. The role focuses on planning, delivery, governance, and benefits realization across multiple projects with significant scope and risk.

The successful candidate will manage program lifecycle activities, mentor teammates, and coordinate resources while traveling to customer sites and local Brown and Caldwell offices as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience in project/program management or related field.
• Experience delivering moderately complex to complex projects under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead assignments and activities on complex projects and programs.
• Manage program governance and stakeholder management.
• Plan, initiate, deliver, and closeout across lifecycle.
• Monitor performance and benefits realization; adjust as needed.
• Coordinate resources, timelines, and ensure quality deliverables.
• Travel as needed to customer sites and local offices.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge.
