Job summary

Brown and Caldwell, a leading environmental engineering firm, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to guide planning and delivery of large water and wastewater projects. You will lead assignments, drive program governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across complex programs.

Candidates may work remotely, hybrid, or from a local office in the Eastern US, with travel across the territory to client sites and Brown and Caldwell offices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/program management experience.
• Experience delivering water and wastewater programs is preferred.
• PM certification required or plan to obtain within 12 months.
• Strong governance, risk, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead assignments and activities on complex projects and programs.
• Oversee program governance, risk management, and benefits realization.
• Coordinate planning, initiation, delivery, and closeout across programs.
• Mentor and guide less-experienced team members as needed.
