Job summary

Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex water and wastewater programs across the Eastern US. You will guide planning, delivery, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring benefits realization and high-quality outcomes while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role supports Midwest programs and offers flexibility to work remotely, hybrid, or in an office, with travel to customer sites and Brown and Caldwell offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Typically, a minimum of 10 years of related work experience in project management or program management.
• Experience delivering moderately to complex projects under supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, business management or related field; PM certification expected within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead assignments and activities on complex projects and programs.
• Provide optimal solutions to clients using our program management services.
• Oversee planning, initiation, delivery, and closeout across programs.
• Manage program governance and stakeholder management.
• Plan, coordinate resources, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality and outcomes.
• Support performance and benefits realization plans and monitor progress.
• Apply sales techniques for successful negotiation and transactions.
• Adapt to evolving needs with additional assignments.
