Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex water/wastewater programs across the East U.S. The role supports planning and delivery, governance, and benefits realization, with remote work options and travel as needed.

The position requires 10+ years of PM experience, a relevant degree, and PM certification (or plan to obtain within 12 months). Expect a broad set of program management responsibilities and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in program management for large, complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead assignments on complex projects and programs.
• Leverage program management services to offer optimal client solutions.
• Manage governance and stakeholder relationships across lifecycle.
• Plan, initiate, deliver, and closeout programs across lifecycles.
• Monitor performance and benefits realization; adjust as needed.
• Support sales techniques for negotiations and contracts.
• Travel within territory as needed; adapt to evolving needs.
