Job summary

Metric Geo seeks a Senior Project Manager (Engineer) to lead water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects from Cincinnati, Ohio. You will manage scope, schedule, budgets, and client coordination while delivering technically rigorous designs and reports.

The role requires a PE license and 10–15 years of experience, with strong leadership across multidisciplinary teams. You will mentor staff, oversee design development, and ensure compliance using Civil 3D, Revit, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure.
• 10–15 years of experience leading water, wastewater and stormwater projects.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all phases of project delivery, including scoping, scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage client communications.
• Direct planning and detailed design of water/wastewater conveyance systems and pump stations.
• Prepare and review basis-of-design documentation, asset assessments, modelling, and permitting.
