Gresham Smith in Cincinnati seeks a Senior Project Manager (Engineer) to lead water, wastewater, and stormwater projects with a focus on delivering design, permitting, and construction support. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure technical integrity across phases.

Ideal candidates hold a PE license, a civil or related engineering degree, 15+ years of leadership experience, and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or other related field.
• Professional Engineering (P.E.) licensure is required.
• 15+ years of experience leading projects from a technical perspective (water, wastewater and stormwater conveyance).
• Strong technical background in designing water/wastewater utility systems, pipelines, pump stations, storage.
• Experience coordinating with clients, preparing reports and designs, and leading technical reviews.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all phases of project delivery including pursuit strategy, client interviews, and scope.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure collaboration and quality on deliverables.
• Independently design and review infrastructure projects from concept to bid-ready documents.
• Perform design analyses, system modeling, asset assessments, and permitting.
• Engage as Project Manager or Technical Reviewer to ensure schedule and standards.
