Metric Geo is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead water and wastewater projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. You will work with the Department Director on business development, client relations, and department initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring extensive PM experience, strong technical understanding, and the ability to nurture long-term client partnerships in a growing engineering firm.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• 9–15 years of experience with municipal clients across planning, consulting, design and construction services.
• PE license required.
• Experience with stormwater design is beneficial but not required.
• Proven success in project management and client interaction.
• Experience preparing proposals, scopes of work, and budgets for prospective projects.

• Work with marketing and technical teams to develop proposals, scopes of work, and related materials.
• Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted contact.
• Travel to client meetings, project sites, and inspections as required.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and new business with existing clients.
• Support business development by pursuing new opportunities and presenting at events.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to deliver projects successfully.
• Oversee design and delivery with appropriate detail while minimizing risk.
• Serve as a client service manager to strengthen relationships and develop new connections.
