Gresham Smith's Cincinnati office seeks a Senior Project Manager with a strong engineering background to lead water, wastewater, and conveyance projects. You will drive master planning, design, and bid-ready packages while supporting a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Professional Engineering (P.E.) licensure required.
• 15+ years of experience leading projects from a technical perspective (water, wastewater and stormwater conveyance; wastewater treatment a plus).
• Strong technical background designing water/wastewater utility systems, pipelines, pump stations, storage.
• Proven ability to prepare high-quality reports and memoranda; seal design plans and specs; attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, MS Project, Adobe Suite, Bluebeam, Deltek Vantagepoint, and Power BI.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all phases of project delivery including pursuit strategy, client interviews, proposal support, scope, schedule, budget, and QA.
• Provide clear direction to multidisciplinary teams and promote collaboration to meet client and firm objectives.
• Lead and review planning and detailed design of water and wastewater systems, pump stations, and storage facilities.
• Perform design analyses including basis-of-design, asset condition assessments, siting, modeling, and permitting.
• Serve as Project Manager, Engineer-of-Record, Technical Advisor, or QC Reviewer to ensure technical integrity and schedules.
• Demonstrate understanding of market drivers and resource management to support operations and growth.
