Job summary

Metric Geo in the Midwest is expanding and seeks an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager to own projects from design through delivery.

You will lead project teams, manage scope, budgets, and schedules, and serve as the primary client contact while supporting engineers and building long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Active PE licence required.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in water/wastewater engineering.
• Experience with water/wastewater design software.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Mentoring or supporting junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead water and wastewater projects through design and delivery.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules and resources.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
• Lead and support project teams.
• Oversee construction administration and project delivery.
• Prepare and review plans, specifications and technical documentation.
• Support client relationships and future project opportunities.
