Job summary

Metric Geo in Miami is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead municipal water and wastewater projects across South Florida, guiding them from planning and design through construction and delivery.

This client-facing role focuses on project delivery, team leadership, technical quality and developing long-term relationships with municipal clients. A PE license or Florida licensure within six months is required; Master’s degree and 12+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of water/wastewater engineering experience.
• Experience managing municipal water, wastewater or stormwater projects.
• Strong client-facing and project management skills.
• P.E. licence or ability to obtain Florida licensure within six months.

Responsibilities

• Lead municipal water and wastewater projects across South Florida.
• Manage project scopes, budgets, schedules and construction documentation.
• Direct multidisciplinary project teams from concept to completion.
• Build relationships with municipal clients across South Florida.
• Mentor junior engineers and support technical development.
• Support proposals and new project opportunities.
