Inframark is seeking a skilled Structurer/Estimator to join our Water & Wastewater Operations team. In this mid-level role, you will prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates for a range of water and wastewater projects, collaborating with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to support bidding and execution.

You will develop zero-based estimates covering labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and operating costs, accounting for flow, regulatory requirements, and I/I factors.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years experience in estimating, cost structuring, or related roles, preferably in water and wastewater.
• Deep understanding of water and wastewater systems, regulatory cost drivers, and operating cost structures.
• Strong ability to interpret technical documents and project plans to develop accurate cost estimates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for presenting estimates to stakeholders.
• Experience with estimating software (ProEst, Sage Estimating) and Microsoft Excel.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with project teams and leadership to translate objectives into detailed cost estimates for new pursuits and renewals.
• Develop zero-based cost estimates including labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and operating costs plus variability and risk factors.
• Interpret specifications, permits, SLAs, and performance guarantees to reflect compliance and cost exposure.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities across materials, labor, and processes.
• Create structured cost proposals with clear assumptions and justifications for bidding.
• Maintain and update cost databases and templates for pricing consistency and cost control.
