Inframark is seeking a Structurer/Estimator to join our Water & Wastewater Operations team. You will develop detailed, zero-based cost estimates for a range of projects, collaborating with project managers and engineers to capture all cost factors and risk considerations.

In this mid-level role, you will identify cost optimization strategies, support budgeting, and contribute to competitive proposals. Travel 10–20% may be required.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in estimating, cost structuring, or related roles, preferably in water/wastewater.
• Deep understanding of water and wastewater systems and cost drivers.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Excel, with strong communication skills.

• Develop zero‑based cost estimates for water and wastewater projects including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Interpret project specs, permits, and SLAs to ensure estimates reflect requirements and risk.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and communicate assumptions clearly in proposals.
• Maintain cost databases and templates for pricing consistency.
• Engage vendors to gather data and negotiate pricing as needed.
