Job summary

Inframark is seeking a skilled Structurer/Estimator to join our Water & Wastewater Operations team in a mid-level role. You will prepare accurate cost estimates, analyze project requirements, and support bidding and execution efforts with insights on cost structures and optimization.

You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors to ensure competitive, compliant proposals and reliable budgets for a range of projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in estimating, cost structuring, or related roles, preferably in water/wastewater.
• Strong understanding of cost drivers (materials, labor, equipment).
• Experience interpreting technical specs, permits, and SLAs to price projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to develop detailed cost estimates for water and wastewater projects.
• Create zero-based estimates covering labor, materials, equipment and subcontractors.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities to reduce project costs while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Prepare structured cost proposals with clear assumptions and justifications.
• Maintain cost databases and templates for consistent pricing references.
