Job summary

Inframark is seeking a skilled Structurer/Estimator to join our Water & Wastewater Operations team in a mid-level capacity. You will prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates for a range of water and wastewater projects, collaborating with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.

You will analyze cost drivers such as labor, materials, energy, and subcontractor costs, translating them into dynamic estimates. Travel 10–20% is anticipated as part of client and site engagements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years estimating, cost structuring, or related roles, preferably in water/wastewater.
• Technical knowledge of water and wastewater systems, regulatory considerations, and cost drivers.
• Strong communication and ability to present estimates to stakeholders; proficient with estimating software and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and leaders to convert objectives into cost estimates.
• Create zero-based cost estimates covering labor, materials, equipment, and contingencies.
• Interpret technical specs, permits, SLAs, and performance guarantees for compliant estimates.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities through material, labor, and process efficiencies.
• Analyze project requirements and risks to refine cost projections and pricing assumptions.
• Develop structured cost proposals with clear assumptions and justifications.
