Inframark is seeking a Structurer/Estimator to join our Water & Wastewater Operations team. In this mid-level role, you will work with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to prepare accurate cost estimates for a range of water and wastewater projects, supporting bidding and execution.

Responsibilities include developing zero-based estimates, identifying cost-saving opportunities, maintaining cost databases, and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in estimating or cost structuring, preferably in water/wastewater.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience with estimating software and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with team.

• Develop zero-based cost estimates for water and wastewater projects, including labor, materials, and operational costs.
• Create structured cost proposals with clear cost breakdowns and justifications.
• Maintain and update cost databases and templates for pricing reference.
