Qualifications

• 3–5 years in estimating or cost structuring, preferably in water and wastewater.
• Experience with estimating software such as ProEst or Sage Estimating.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop zero-based cost estimates for water and wastewater projects, including labor, materials, and overhead.
• Create structured cost proposals to support bidding processes with clear breakdowns and justifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and regional leadership to align estimates with scope and requirements.
• Maintain and update cost databases and templates for consistent pricing and cost control.
• Conduct market research on materials and labor costs to support competitive pricing.
