Job summary

Inframark is seeking a skilled Structurer/Estimator to join our Water & Wastewater Operations team. You will prepare accurate cost estimates for sustainable water projects, collaborating with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to support bidding and execution.

The role requires 3–5 years in estimating, strong knowledge of cost drivers, and experience with ProEst or Sage Estimating and Excel. A Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years in estimating or cost structuring, preferably in water/wastewater.

Responsibilities

• Develop zero-based cost estimates for water and wastewater projects, including labor, materials, equipment, subcontractor costs, and operating costs.
• Identify cost optimization strategies to reduce project costs without compromising quality or compliance.
• Analyze project specifications with the team to identify cost-related risks and opportunities.
• Create structured cost proposals to support bidding with clear cost breakdowns and justifications.
• Maintain and update cost databases and templates for pricing and cost control.
• Engage with vendors to gather cost data and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Contribute to budgeting and financial planning for proposals and execution.
