Job summary

The role involves planning, design oversight, budget control, and preparation of technical proposals, with opportunities to serve as project design lead on major water and sewer infrastructure assignments.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in Civil Engineering required.
• 5–10 years of progressive water/wastewater design and construction experience.
• PA PE license or ability to obtain via comity within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee water/wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Develop and monitor budgets; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Participate in construction phase and pre-bid activities.
• Lead project planning through closeout and client negotiations.
• Support proposals and mentor junior staff.
