Qualifications

• P.E. license in Virginia or eligibility via comity within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and oversee water/wastewater projects and pumping stations.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets; ensure on-time and on-budget delivery with quality.
• Support construction phase activities including pre-bid conferences and contract preparation.
• Lead pre-project presentations and interviews; mentor younger engineers.
• Lead project planning from procurement through closeout and monitor status to meet goals.
