Whitman, Requardt & Associates, LLP (WRA) seeks a Senior Construction Manager to oversee water/sewer infrastructure, water-wastewater treatment plants, and pumping station projects across the Pittsburgh area. The role emphasizes field inspection oversight, documentation control, and coordination with regional agencies.

Ideal candidates have a BS in civil engineering or construction management, 10+ years of relevant experience, and CCM/PE certifications.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; BS in Civil Eng, Construction Mgmt or related field preferred
• CCM and/or PE certification preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in water/sewer, pumping stations, and water/wastewater treatment plant projects; includes field inspection oversight
• Must have valid driver's license and vehicle for site travel
• Ability to read/interpret plans and specifications; produce inspection reports and sketches
• Computer skills for electronic inspection reports and project documentation control

Responsabilidades

• Manage field construction inspection staff and multiple concurrent projects
• Monitor contractor work for conformance to plans, specs, and permits
• Maintain field documentation, as-built drawings, and payment requisitions
• Coordinate with regional W-WW agencies and eConstruction documentation requirements
• Travel to project sites as needed and supervise safety and quality controls
