ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC is seeking a Water Resources Design Engineer to join its Parsippany/Sparta NJ team. The role emphasizes design of water and wastewater facilities with hybrid work flexibility and strong emphasis on technical execution.

The candidate will lead design work, coordinate with PMs, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with NJDEP and EPA standards. 5–10 years experience and PE license preferred. Hybrid office locations offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• 5–10 years of water/wastewater design experience.
• PE license or near-term path to licensure.
• Strong knowledge of NJDEP regulations and EPA/SDWA.

• Design water and wastewater facilities, pumping stations, storage, and distribution systems to standards.
• Lead feasibility, planning, and regulatory coordination.
• Prepare calculations, reports, specs, and contract docs.
