Veolia Water Tech is seeking a seasoned Lead Account Manager in CSM to collaborate with diverse customers and mentor junior team members. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, driving energy and water sustainability while guiding strategic account development and complex commercial negotiations.

The role blends direct account responsibility with leadership, aiming for recurring profitable opportunities and measurable value delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant science/engineering (or 15+ years in field).
• 10+ years of experience in water and process treatment.
• Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Experience with strategic selling, prospecting, and negotiation.
• Leadership or mentorship experience preferred; valid driver's license and travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for cooling water, boiler water, and wastewater; mentor junior team members.
• Conduct sample testing and deliver Technical Service Reports with data-driven improvement recommendations.
• Execute Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans and Value Generation Plans.
• Lead by example and mentor Account Representatives and Account Managers.
• Guide junior team members through dotted-line reporting relations.
• Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets while managing margins and negotiations.
• Follow and teach strategic selling processes and advanced prospecting techniques.
• Develop new profitable business opportunities for territory growth.
• Plan Veolia's Value Generation Plans through projects advancing water and energy sustainability.
• Promote safety culture and comply with EHS policies.
