Job summary

Veolia Water Tech is seeking a seasoned Lead Account Manager in CSM to lead key customer engagements across industries, with mentorship of junior team members and a focus on energy and water sustainability.

You will combine account leadership with technical advisory, delivering value through service plans, strategic selling, and rigorous business reviews while safeguarding asset protection and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 15+ years in water treatment if no degree.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and strategic selling.
• Willingness to travel; valid driver's license.
• Experience mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical innovation for cooling water, boiler water, wastewater and process applications.
• Conduct sample tests and deliver reports with improvement recommendations.
• Execute Account Management Excellence Program with service plans and business reviews.
• Mentor Account Representatives and Account Managers.
• Develop and grow the sales funnel; manage complex negotiations.
• Teach strategic selling and advanced prospecting to the team.
• Drive sustainability goals and asset protection through value generation.
• Ensure safety and compliance with EHS policies.
