McMillen, Inc. is seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager (PM) with a PE and 15+ years of water resources experience to lead multi-disciplinary teams on projects spanning dams, hydropower, flood control, and water treatment.

The PM will drive technical excellence from feasibility through commissioning for clients in California. As an experienced seller-doer, you will nurture client relationships, develop competitive proposals, and guide scope, schedule, and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• PE license required; NCEES registration preferred.
• 15+ years of civil/hydraulic engineering experience.
• 7+ years of Project Management experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% monthly.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams on water resources projects.
• Define deliverables and manage scope, communication plans, and progress.
• Oversee planning, design, and construction support for dams, hydropower, flood control, water treatment, and pumping stations.
• Analyze field data, as-built drawings, and reports to identify critical design criteria.
• Develop, manage, and maintain client relationships.
• Identify and pursue project opportunities and prepare proposals.
