Job summary

McMillen, Inc. designs and builds water resources solutions and seeks a Senior Civil Project Manager (PE) with 15+ years of water resources experience to lead complex, multi-disciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate will manage scope, budgets, and client relationships across fish passage, hydropower, dams, flood control, pump stations, and water treatment projects, travel up to 25% monthly, and contribute to business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 15 years of water resources experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; NCEES registration preferred.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on civil/water resources projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams in delivery of water resources projects.
• Manage projects: deliverables, scope changes, communications, and progress tracking.
• Oversee planning, design, and construction support for fisheries, hydropower, dams, flood control, pump stations, water treatment, stormwater, surface water management.
• Collect and analyze field data and reports to assess conditions and design criteria.
• Develop, manage, and maintain client relationships; pursue project opportunities and proposals.
