Job summary

McMillen, Inc. is seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager (PM) with PE licensure and 15+ years of water resources experience to lead multi-disciplinary teams.

The PM will manage scope, deliverables, and client relationships across fisheries, hydropower, dams, water treatment, and stormwater projects in a leadership-focused, owner-operated setting. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth, proven project delivery, and the ability to travel up to 25% to support field activities and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in civil/hydraulic engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of Project Management experience preferred.
• PE license required; NCEES registration preferred.
• Experience with water resource infrastructure projects (fisheries, hydropower, dams, water treatment).
• Familiarity with civil engineering design software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams for water resources projects.
• Define deliverables, build project teams, manage scope, set communications plans.
• Oversee planning, design and construction support for water-related projects.
• Analyze field data and reports to assess conditions and criteria.
• Develop, manage, and maintain client relationships and proposals.
