Job summary

McMillen, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Civil Project Manager (PM) with a PE license and 15+ years in water resources. The PM will lead multi-disciplinary teams across fisheries, hydropower, dams, and stormwater projects, overseeing planning, design, and construction support.

Strong client relationship skills and business development are essential. The role requires a Bachelor and Master in Civil Engineering, plus 7+ years PM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required
• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; NCEES registration preferred
• Minimum 15 years of experience in civil and/or hydraulic engineering
• Minimum 7 years of Project Management experience preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 25% monthly

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams in the delivery of water resources projects
• Define deliverables, build project teams, manage scope changes and communication plans
• Oversee planning, design, and construction support for fisheries, hydropower, dams, and stormwater projects
• Collect and analyze field data and reports to inform design criteria
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and pursue new opportunities
• Prepare competitive proposals for projects
