McMillen, Inc. seeks a Senior Civil Project Manager (PE) with 15+ years of water resources experience to lead multi-disciplinary teams on dams, hydropower, flood control, and treatment projects.

This Seller-Doer role emphasizes client relations and technical leadership in heavy civil infrastructure. The ideal candidate will manage scope, deliverables, and budgets while advancing innovative solutions across feasibility through commissioning, with travel up to 25% and a commitment to engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in civil and/or hydraulic engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; NCEES registration preferred.
• Experience delivering water resources projects including fisheries, hydropower, dams, and stormwater.
• Strong communication and leadership in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams in delivery of water resources projects.
• Manage projects with deliverables, scope, and communication plans.
• Oversee planning, design, and construction support for fisheries, hydropower, dams, and related infrastructure.
• Analyze field data, as-built drawings, and reports to identify design criteria.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and pursue opportunities.
