Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in civil and/or hydraulic engineering
• PE license required; NCEES registration preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 25% monthly
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required; Master’s preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams in water resources projects.
• Define deliverables, build project teams, manage scope changes, and monitor progress.
• Oversee planning, design, and construction support for fisheries, hydropower, dams, flood control, and related infrastructure.
• Collect field data, as-built drawings, and reports to assess conditions and criteria.
• Develop, manage, and maintain client relationships.
• Identify opportunities and prepare competitive proposals.
