Job summary

McMillen, Inc. seeks a Senior Civil Project Manager (PE) to lead water resources projects, including fisheries, hydropower, dams, and treatment facilities. This is a seller-doer role with 15+ years of experience and a PE license preferred.

You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate deliverables, and build strong client relationships while pursuing new opportunities. Travel up to 25% is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of civil/hydraulic engineering experience.
• Registered PE with NCEES preferred.
• Strong design delivery experience for water resources projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver water resources projects.
• Define deliverables, manage scope, and monitor progress.
• Oversee planning, design, and construction support for relevant facilities.
• Develop client relationships and pursue opportunities.
