Job summary

McMillen, Inc. seeks a Senior Civil Project Manager (PM) with a PE license and 15+ years of water resources experience. The PM will lead multi-disciplinary teams across fisheries, hydropower, dams, and stormwater projects, overseeing planning, design, and construction support.

The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, pursue opportunities, and deliver high-quality, feasible designs. Travel up to 25% is expected; relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in civil and/or hydraulic engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of Project Management experience preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; NCEES registration preferred.
• Demonstrated design delivery experience with water resource infrastructure projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% monthly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams in delivering water resources projects.
• Define deliverables, guide project teams, manage scope changes, and monitor progress.
• Oversee planning, design, and construction support for fisheries, hydropower, dams, flood control, pump stations, water treatment, and related infrastructure.
• Collect and analyze field data, as-built drawings, and reports to assess conditions and criteria.
• Develop, manage, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify and pursue project opportunities and prepare competitive proposals.
