Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Water Resources Project Manager in Duluth, GA to lead highly complex water resources projects and multi-project programs.

You will provide strategic direction, manage project teams of engineers and designers, and coordinate with clients to deliver cohesive, large-scale outcomes. This role requires PE licensure, 10+ years in water resources, strong leadership, budget control, and a track record of growing design teams and business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (AEC) with 6+ years PM experience.
• Professional Engineer licensure required.
• Experience leading engineers/designers.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and QA.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of multiple water resources projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop and communicate the Project Management Plan with objectives, scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and safety.
• Oversee project scope, scheduling, budgeting, QA, and safety compliance.
• Serve as primary client contact, maintaining open professional communication.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive project success.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support business development and client relations.
