Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager in Piedmont, SC to oversee highly complex projects and multi-project programs. You will guide project teams, manage client relationships, and ensure delivery on time and within budget.

The role requires 10+ years in Water/Wastewater, PE licensure, and strong leadership, communication, and business development abilities. You will mentor others, ensure QMS compliance, and collaborate across practices to grow our design

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in related field; 6+ years of PM experience or 10+ years overall.
Experience managing large-scale projects or programs in AEC.
Strong leadership and communication skills; client interaction.
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and scope.

Responsibilities

Oversee complex projects or programs; lead multiple project teams.
Develop and communicate the Project Management Plan (objectives, scope, schedule, budget).
Manage project scope to align with client requirements.
Maintain schedules; anticipate delays and conflicts; refine requirements over project lifecycle.
Monitor budgets and expenditures; implement cost-control.
Ensure QA standards and safety compliance; apply best practices.
Lead client communications and internal collaboration to drive success.
Identify and mitigate project risks; deliver projects on time and within scope.
