Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Water Resources Project Manager to lead water resources and stormwater projects in SC. You will mentor staff, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure client satisfaction across federal, state, and municipal programs.

You will develop PMP, coordinate design teams, oversee PS&E packages, and drive project success with strong communication and leadership. The role emphasizes technical oversight and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related AEC field and at least 3 years of project management experience.
• Experience leading water resources and stormwater projects and teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, and client-relations skills.
• Knowledge of DOT/AASHTO standards and QA/QC processes.
• Ability to develop proposals, scopes, schedules, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead design teams and manage PS&E packages for road projects.
• Develop and implement Project Management Plan and budgets.
• Serve as primary client contact and ensure timely communication.
• Monitor schedules, costs, risk, and quality assurance across projects.
• Support business development and prepare qualification statements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive project success.
• Oversee contract terms, billing, and reporting of project progress.
