Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a senior Water Resources Project Manager to lead stormwater and related engineering projects for municipal and state clients in the Southeast. The role emphasizes client management, project delivery, and mentorship of junior staff.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience, expertise with MS4 permits, and a background in DOT/ transportation design, using MicroStation and GeoPAK. Hybrid/remote options available in SC offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an AEC field or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience; 7 years preferred with leadership.
• Experience managing municipal/state stormwater programs and MS4 permits.
• Strong knowledge of state DOT and AASHTO design standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead water resources and stormwater engineering projects for federal, state, and municipal clients.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate cross‑functional design teams.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and QA processes.
• Maintain client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
