Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or AEC field is required, with 3+ years' experience or 7 years’ equivalent.
• Master’s degree is preferred for advanced roles.
• Experience delivering water resources, stormwater and MS4 projects.
• Strong leadership, client relationship management and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead water resources and stormwater projects for federal, state and municipal clients.
• Manage projects, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with management.
• Develop PS&E packages and ensure compliance with state design standards.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and QA to deliver on time and within scope.
• Develop client relationships and pursue new business in the Southeast.
• Provide effective project execution and technical oversight across disciplines.
