Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a senior water resources professional to lead municipal and state stormwater engineering projects in the Southeast. The role focuses on managing projects, mentoring staff, and maintaining client relationships across federal, state, and local agencies.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of experience, PE licensure, and strong knowledge of MS4 permits, TMDL planning, and design software such as MicroStation/GeoPAK. Hybrid/remote options available in SC offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related professional experience or 7 years total experience.
• Experience in project management roles with a successful delivery track record.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools; knowledge of accounting Principles for budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead water resources and stormwater engineering projects for federal, state and municipal clients.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with management to deliver high-quality work.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and client relationships.
• Oversee preparation of plans, specs, quantities and construction estimates in line with state standards.
