Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Water Resources Engineer to lead planning, design, and execution of water resources projects across DOT, municipal, and private clients. The role emphasizes drainage, hydraulics, stormwater management, and green infrastructure with hands-on design and project leadership.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience, a P.E. license, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects across SC offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field plus significant civil/water resources experience.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work on water resources projects.
• Experience in planning, design, and management of drainage, hydraulic, and erosion control projects.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning, design, and construction oversight for water resources projects across multiple clients.
• Produce engineering deliverables, maintain schedules, and mentor junior staff.
• Coordinate design development and provide technical direction to project teams.
• Prepare design calculations, drawings, and cost estimates for water resources projects.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget project execution.
