Ideal candidates bring 14+ years of civil/environmental experience, CA PE licensure, CAD/GIS skills, and strong leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering
• 14+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written
• 4+ years of project and staff management
• Experience with CAD and GIS
• PE licensure in CA
• Master’s degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering
• Experience with pump stations and storage tanks
• Presentations to industry groups at local/regional level
• Municipal sewer collection system and water master planning experience welcome

Aufgaben

• Serve as a project manager on larger design and construction projects.
• Serve as a technical leader or management leader within the Water Resources sector.
• Perform and oversee complex engineering tasks including designs, reports, drawings, specs, and calculations for water distribution systems with focus on pump stations, tanks, and transmission mains.
• Review designs for compliance with engineering principles and client requirements.
• Develop proposals and budgets for larger engineering efforts.
• Meet with clients to determine scope, staffing, and fees.
• Develop and maintain client contact before, during, and after project completion.
• Cultivate client relationships through industry groups and direct contact.
• Maintain three-month workload projections for all projects under personal management.
• Mentor and train Senior Project Engineers and Project Managers.
