The candidate will oversee pump stations, tanks, and transmission mains, mentor staff, develop proposals, and maintain three-month workload projections while expanding client partnerships and regulatory compliance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering and CA PE licensure.
• 14+ years of relevant experience with water resources and project leadership.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project manager on large design and construction projects.
• Lead technical and management efforts within Water Resources sector.
• Develop proposals and budgets for engineering efforts.
• Maintain three-month workload projections and mentor staff.
