Job summary

McMillen, Inc. is seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager with a strong water resources background to lead multi‑disciplinary teams on complex projects in dams, hydropower, and flood control.

The ideal candidate is a registered PE with 15+ years of experience and a proven track record as a Seller‑Doer. We value problem solvers who can develop client relationships, pursue opportunities, and deliver feasible designs with high technical precision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• 15+ years of water resources experience.
• 7+ years of Project Management experience preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; NCEES registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams in delivering water resources projects.
• Define deliverables, build and guide project teams, manage scope changes, establish communication plans, monitor progress.
• Oversee planning, design, and construction support for fisheries, hydropower, dams, flood control, water treatment, and stormwater projects.
• Collect and analyze field data, as-built drawings, and reports to assess conditions and criteria.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and pursue project opportunities with proposals.
